RJ Crosby is a producing Branch Manager for a top performing branch with Benchmark Mortgage. For eighteen (18) consecutive years, RJ has been recognized by ‘Mortgage Originator Magazine’ and the ‘Scotsman Guide’ as being in the top 1% of Loan Originators in the Nation, which is further proof he is an industry-recognized expert and loves his profession. In 2016, RJ was honored to receive the Lifetime Mastery Achievement Award from Todd Duncan. In 2018, RJ and his team were proud recipients of the Top Branch Award for Best Borrower Experience.
RJ believes in delivering a “WOW!” customer service approach to his clients and his strategic partners. He takes the time to listen to each client’s needs so he can custom tailor a mortgage that is best suited for their long and short-term financial goals, as well as their payment and equity objectives. His goal is simple: “By delivering a higher level of service than my clients expect, I hope to position myself as their ‘Lender for Life.’”
RJ is an Arizona native, having grown up in Scottsdale, and is a graduate from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. RJ enjoys dining out, being social, boating, wake surfing, motocross racing, and likes being a “memory maker” for his two children, his wife and close friends.
